Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Nextique SwiftCity Private Limited ("SwiftCity", "we", "us"), governing your access to and use of swiftcity.in, our mobile applications, and any related services (together, the "Platform").

By creating an account, browsing the Platform, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

"Account"

The registered profile you use to access the Platform.

"Order"

A request placed by you to purchase one or more products.

"Content"

Text, images, logos, graphics and other material appearing on the Platform.

"You" / "User"

Any person who accesses or uses the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We make every effort to display product details, images and prices accurately. However, colours may vary depending on your device display, and occasional errors in pricing or description may occur.

All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or limit order quantities at our discretion, without prior notice.

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation email or notification. We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking and select wallets, processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners.

You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before it has been packed for shipment, from the "My Orders" section of your account. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and instead falls under our Return & Refund Policy.

Estimated delivery timelines are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location, product availability, and courier serviceability. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Full details on eligibility, the return process, and refund timelines are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All Content on the Platform, including the SwiftCity name, logo, and branding, is the property of Nextique SwiftCity Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or data.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or engage in activity that disrupts the Platform.
• Resell products purchased from SwiftCity without our written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftCity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold SwiftCity harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
